Seeing the Invisible, Inspirational Leadership

I can think of a few inventions that have come out where I felt as if that person was inside my house and took my idea right from me. Maybe you said to yourself “man, I really wish I thought of that.” Has anyone ever said that to you? Have you ever said that to a person in conversation? Chances are good that in those responses, room had been created for inspiration.

Remember that most of the time, when you see something done that could’ve been done by you or anyone else, there was only one factor. The other person simply did it! They acted on it. They tried it. They adapted it. They learned how it worked or didn’t work. They took action.

My friend and mentor Gary Baker of Undivided Wealth demonstrates his leadership by doing just that. He created something super special that will be foundational in all areas of business, not just the financial management world.

How did this happen? He had a belief, built something based on his ideas and values, and created something super special. He created something that has other large companies jibber jabbering about him and the job the UW team is doing within the space. Together, they are demonstrating that treating and serving people well truly is a long-term and very sustainable growth strategy.

Great leaders see the formulas, actions, and connecting pieces before anyone else. This leadership inspires me. It CAN be learned. It CAN be improved. And it CAN have a significant IMPRINT on the people you serve. I hope this inspires you!
