What is the Mountain Leadership experience?
This exciting opportunity is for coaches and leaders regardless of profession. This is an experience that will challenge the you as an individual as well as grow the bonds of each member.
This promises to be one of the most challenging, team strengthening, and rewarding experiences of your lives. All sessions are 4 days from pick up to drop off. Participants will embark on a journey that will take them to heights they never imagined. Only three groups or 20 people can participate each session. SUMMER SESSION
All sessions are in month of July
Staff stays complete with 8-1 camper/staff ratio
Team of 5-10 or less and Leader/Coach (additional coaches/participants will increase cost)
Incorporate leadership training, games, challenges, reflection, and instruction for individuals
Provide leaders with in-depth training for dealing with members, parents, building relationships, scheduling, healthyleadership, individual improvement, team improvement, mental performance, and time management
RT5 provides one meal per day
RT5 provides transportation to and from the airport
Each participant will train and prepare for climbing 14’er
All staff is First Aid and CPR certified

COACHES ONLY SESSION
Session were approved as of July 2021
15 coaches only per session
Quiet time for reflection, self-awareness, thought provoking ideas/solutions
Training sessions and round table discussions for improving players, parents, building relationships, scheduling, healthyleader work, balance, individual improvement, team improvement, mental performance for you and your team, and time management
45-Day fitness program to prepare for the mountain challenges
One meal per day along with snacks will be provided
Airport transportation to and from the airport will be provided
All staff is First Aid & CPR certified

7 SUMMITS 7 DAYS
Session will be August of ‘24
Only 15 participants per session
Participants will summit 7 mountains over the course of the 8 days.
Quiet time for reflection, self-awareness, thought provoking ideas/solutions
Training sessions and round table discussions for improving performance, working with colleagues, building relationships, maximizing time, health & fitness, balance, Post Action Review (PAR), team improvement, and mental management
45-Day fitness program to prepare you for the physical mountain challenge
One meal per day along with snacks will be provided
Airport transportation to and from the airport will be provided
All staff is First Aid & CPR certified
Tents and bedrooms are available for participants
