Everything we are currently getting hit, bombarded, tripped, or slowed down by is an opening for success. We like to place blame when the adversity is something we actually asked for. Remember when you prayed or asked for patience? What was immediately given to you? That's right, a room full of screaming kids. Maybe a coworker who makes up upset. BAM! You were handed a plate with the way to practice what you asked for.

The greatest leaders find ways to see the opportunity in the struggle. They ask the questions that help get them to a perspective where they might be able to see the opening for success.

What is something that is slowing you down now, that if attacked or viewed in a different light would actually help you move FASTER? Think of this for your team at work. Think of this with your coworker who is reading this with you and ask them the same question.
