Experiencing YOU

Do you want to have access to the ability to grow?
Do you want to represent who YOU are better to others?
Do you want to create a safer you to benefit others?

Here is a strategy to help make the above desires come true…

Some of the best managers, leaders, coaches, and conversationalists do this amazingly well. They LISTEN TO THE POINT WHERE THE SPEAKER FEELS HEARD. Every time!

Great leaders have a unique ability to keep the other side calm by listening to the point where everything is heard. Everything is communicated back in a manner in which is understood. Everything is clarified.

Here are a couple questions worth asking to make sure the conversation can conclude with full transparency and understanding.
-Might there be anything else?
-What questions have I neglected to answer?
-What questions did I not ask in which you were hopeful I would ask?

Another great idea might be to shoot them a follow up email or text a couple days later, asking if the conversation missed any key points now that you had time to reflect.

Leave with your conversational partner knowing that if there might be a question about the topic in the next day or two, that they are welcome to connect back with you.
