DOUBT YOUR DOUBTS

Remember when you felt like it wasn’t possible? Remember when the whisper of another led you to believe you weren’t good enough?

We are going through a time where 85% of what we are saying to ourselves is negative. My man Collin Henderson calls it “stinkin thinkin.” This is something the best in the world struggle with and then there are people like me who struggle with it as well. In the HealthyLeader Community we have a tool called the DoPE journal, where we write down our reflections from readings as well as writing down our thoughts and dreams.

Whenever we take these negative thoughts in, it is important that we go a little deeper. Ben Newman @continuedfight reminds us to DOUBT those doubts. Why are your dreams the only thing that gets doubted? Why can’t we question whether or not those doubts of ours hold any weight?

I want you to practice doubting your doubts today. When you have a doubt come across your thoughts, doubt whether or not it is actually true. Say it 3 times. Doubt the Doubt! If you can complete the day doubting your doubts, let’s try for doubting them tomorrow too.
