Digging Deeper

There is POWER in our questions. There is power in going a little deeper. There is power when those questions allow us to be just a little more self-aware, providing clarity. These 4 questions should be asked by all leaders, managers, coaches, and educators. Adapt the questions to make them fit you or your team.

 

Email each member of the team. Ask the four questions and get their perspective. Now, meet together, covering everyone’s perspective, allowing for them to discuss. Hearing from others can provide essential details that might have been missed because the member of the team doesn’t normally speak up.

What areas of my life are thriving, and what are compromised or suffering?

 

If I keep making this choice over and over, what might happen?
