Morning Cup of ☕️ - Fears and Clutter

Good morning. We hope you are amazing and filled with energy. If you aren’t you likely forgot your cup of coffee. You still have time. go get it and we will patiently wait here to give you your inspiration and motivation for the day.

Items you will need: DoPE journal (aka notepad) and a pen.

Now, think about all the fears that come to your head as you think about this current project you are on. What fears come pouring in as you think? Write them down. Next, write all the different things that come into mind when you think about moving your project forward. What consistencies do you see and feel?

Once you get these down on the notepad, take some time to discern what is necessary and what isn’t. What can be justified and how can you label it and move it to its appropriate timeline? You will attack it later, just not now.

Putting all those down takes away their abiltity to hinder you from moving forward. Not any more! We hope you enjoy these Morning cups. Let’s continue to get better.
