Night Time Journal

People always say that what happens in the dark eventually comes out to the light. We believe this and want this to come true. We want want we are thinking about, writing about, and reflecting on, to come out and become our every day experiences.

Today, as part of our ten day challenge, we want to encourage you to begin using time just before bed as a chance to write, reflect, and journal. Begin reflecting on the day and what transpired. Begin thinking of issues that came up, wins you created, and relationships you cultivated. Below are two thoughts you can ask to help you bring success to the LIGHT.

-What did you learn today? What did you find out about yourself? What did you learn about others? What did you learn about your management of time?

-What could you have done that would help you move forward? What could you do tomorrow that would help you move forward?
