Today’s message haha is for you to think of the boss/co-worker/teammate of yours that you may not like. Too often we eliminate ourselves from growing and improving simply because we shut everything off the moment the person we don’t like starts speaking. It is like going to a clinic or seminar and the keynote speaker is someone you don’t care for. The message they are speaking might be DIRECTLY for you to hear but you miss out because of the messenger relaying the message.
Not today. Practice the art of receiving feedback from people you may not like while taking in what they have to say. Ask them for more clarity if you don’t understand. Seek to hear them and be able to relay what it is they just said to you.
