After today, your belief ladder will be complete. So grab your steaming cup of ☕️, strap in , and finish that ladder. *Please make sure you put all 5 together in your DoPE journal today.

BELIEF is Day 5. It is the conclusion to the Belief Ladder series. You have built some special processes in the past 5 days. You didn’t just build them, but you acted on them. You acknowledged things that were needed for you to thrive. You built a process that you can rely on when in good times and when you are struggling.

It will be this belief that are you able to come back to. When you are “living” in Suckville, you recognize that it is just a hotel visit or a spring break trip you didn’t ask for. Your belief gets you out and doesn’t allow you to stay there longer.

Your belief that you will be successful is dramatically enhanced simply because you have done it so many times. Your belief comes from the mental reps, physical reps that you have earned.

Put your 5 days together, practice it until it becomes engrained, build that belief, and then go THRIVE!
