The breath work can provide us with an ability to carry our calm with us every where we go. It takes practice and I wish I was more than a white belt in this ability, but that’s why I am focused on learning from the great ones. I digress…
As we practice our breath work it becomes almost automatic. We recognize when we need it and when to add it in to our daily schedule (before events, phone calls, meeting someone new). Working on YOU allows yourself to instill confidence and becoming prepared for what is to come.
