Morning Cup of ☕️ - The Shift

Welcome to the Morning Cup of Coffee. We thank you for reading, bringing a cup of coffee with you, and hopefully bringing someone else along for the ride. If you bring the coffee, we will bring the jolt of inspiration and hope that the coffee typically brings.

Today’s article is all about THE SHIFT. On Fryday’s we talk about breaking through FEAR in our HealthyLeader Communities and today is no different. When ever we get hit with the sudden thought or emotion of FEAR, we have the ability to make THE SHIFT.

THE SHIFT is the switch from “oh no, what if this happens…” to “what can I do/what could I do?” When we get hit with the paralyzing thoughts of FEAR, we can immediately take a response of THE SHIFT and make a plan for what you can do.

Think of three fears that you might have today? It can be something you have to do today or something coming up, or a common fear that keeps arising.

What are some steps you could take to solve the issue if you had all the money in the world?
Now, what steps could you take now in your current situation?
Who might you need to talk to in order to help you take those steps?
Go take those steps!
