Lunch Break - The 10 Dimes

Good afternoon and welcome back to the Lunch Break on Mon/Tues/Thurs. The morning coffee will be released on Weds/Frydays.

We are glad you are here with us. The only thing we ask for is that you don’t do this alone. Read these with your teams and another who might help you be accountable and responsible for the action of the day.

Today a focus I got from my man Alan Stein. You’ve probably seen Alan on Ed Mylett’s show, Ed Molitor’s Athletics of Business, or maybe you listened to him on Kevin Billes’ Good Stuff. I had the fortunate pleasure of knowing him before his claim to fame and I wanted to share with you a powerful thing we can all do as a result of his wisdom.

We can aim for 10 dimes. You can put pennies, dimes, or 10 of anything in your pocket. For the sake that most of us are R handed, let’s use the R pocket. All ten are in there to start the day. Every time you do something kind for another person, transition one of those dimes to the L pocket. Our goal is to get the entire R pocket emptied and the L pocket filled by the end of the day.

Looking to help serve others is a powerful way to fill others buckets and also yours. Let’s get out there and see if we can get that L pocket filled. God Bless

If you need help, accountability, or to fine tune things in your exercise, nutrition, or leadership, I want to help. Shoot me an email jason@coachjfry.com and we can connect. You are never alone!
